Ingredients



    *fresh mango(one whole fruit) diced
    *Red Bell Pepper (1 medium, 119 g) chopped
    *Dried Onion Flakes, 1/4 cup
    Cilantro, chopped, 3 tbsp
    Lime Juice, 30 mL
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Cumin (ground), 1 tsp

Directions

Combine everything but the cilantro and mix. Add the cilantro.
