This is a crazy, easy fast dessert option that offers a lot of variety. You can make this with 12-16 frozen fruit. A box of cake mix and a diet soda.
This is a crazy, easy fast dessert option that offers a lot of variety. You can make this with 12-16 frozen fruit. A box of cake mix and a diet soda.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 12-16 oz frozen fruit
    One box dry cake mix (any flavor you feel goes best with your fruit choice. For this I used mixed berries and lemon cake mix)
    One 12 oz diet 7 up or any clear diet soda


Directions

Pour frozen berries into a 9 x 13 dish.
Top with cake mix
DO NOT STIR
Slowly pour soda over the cake mix
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes


Serving Size: Makes 6 1/2 cup servings
