Spicy Chicken Soup

Introduction

Got a little kick, great for colds! Got a little kick, great for colds!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 oz Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin
    3/4 c Onions, raw, chopped
    2 med Carrots, raw, sliced
    1/4 c Peas, fresh or frozen
    1/4 c Yellow Sweet Corn,kernels only
    1/2 tsp Basil, dried
    1/2 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp Chicken boullion Knorr
    1 c Pasta, cooked without added salt
    8 slices Pepperoni
    1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
    1/3 c Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, chopped
    5 c Water, tap or filtered

Directions

Set aside pasta. Add remaining ingredients to a medium to large sauce pan or small stock pot. Boil gently for about 20 minutes, then add pasta to heat through. Ta da!

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings.
