Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 small(remove)
    Garlic, 2 tsp(remove)
    Paprika, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Champion standard white flour, 15 gram(s)(remove)
    Homebrand diced tomatoes in tomato juice, 400 gram(s)(remove)
    OXO - Chicken Stock cube - 1 cube, 1 serving(remove)
    Water, tap, 185 mL(remove)
    *Macaroni, cooked, unenriched, 1 cup elbow shaped(remove)
    Country Goodness Sour Cream - Lite, 25 gram(s)(remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Cook a quarter of the beef for 4 mins or until browned in a heatproof casserole dish.
Repeat with remaining beef in 3 batches.
transfer beef to a plate
Add the onion to the casserole dish, cook stiring for 5 mins or until softened.
add garlic and cook for 1 min.
Sprinkle paprika and flour over onion mixture.
Cook, stirring for 1 min.
gradually add tomatoes and stock.
cook stirring continuously unitl well combined.
Return beef to casserole and bring to the boil.
Cover and bake for 55 mins or until meat is tendr.
Cook the pasta in boiling water following instructions.
Divide the paste between plates and top with goulash and sour cream.
