Italian Chicken, Rice, and Broccoli

Introduction

This is the favorite at my house. I make it at lease once a week. You can substitute white rice any other minute rice. This is the favorite at my house. I make it at lease once a week. You can substitute white rice any other minute rice.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - 1/2 lb
    Broccoli, 3 cups
    Chicken Broth, 2 cups
    Water, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Minute White Rice, 3 cup
    Fat Free Italian Dressing, 6.7 oz (250ml)
    Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
    Cooking Spray

Directions

Spray large pot with cooking spray and heat on Medium heat

Cut up Chicken into small pieces and brown in pot

Add Broccoli and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes

Stir in Broth and Water and bring to a boil

Add Rice and Dressing, Reduce to low heat, Cover and cook for about 5-6 minutes

Stir in Cheese, stir until cheese is melted

Makes 6 Servings
