Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil Salad

Ingredients

    1 med tomatoes
    1/2 c mozzarella cheese, part skim milk, 1/4 inch thick
    2 c lettuce, washed and dried
    Vinaigrette
    2 tsps olive oil
    2 tsps red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp dried basil (fresh when in season)

Directions

Core and cut the tomatoes into inch slices.
Layer tomatoes, cheese, and basil on a platter and serve.
