Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 C. Mixed Vegetables, frozen
    1 C. Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    2. Chicken Breast, no skin,
    1 dash Salt,
    1 Dash Pepper, black, or adobo
    1/4 C. Chicken Broth
    1 Hand full Spinach, fresh,
    2 C. Pasta, cooked, (any kind)
    1 Tbsp of Parmesan grated cheese

Directions

Cook pasta (directions on package)
In a large skillet, spray with Olive oil (0 calories)
cut up chicken breast into bite size pieces and brown in skillet.
Add seasonings of ur choice.
Add spinach, frozen vegetable and 1/4 c of broth
let simmer 20 mins on med. or until broth has evaporated. Serve and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Make 4 one cup servings
