18 oz cubed chicken breast
265 g chopped green pepper
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/4 cup Onions
2 1/4 cups mushrooms
242 g Zucchini
1 1/2 cups chopped carrots
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 can Hunt's no salt added tomato sauce
1 can Hunts diced petite tomatoes no added salt
2 tbsp dried basil
1 can tomato paste
add can of diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Add basil, salt and olive oil and stir.
Cook for 3 - 5 hours stiring every 30 minutes.
In the last 30 minutes add the can of tomato paste.
Makes twelve 1 cup servings.
Serve over brown rice with a side of fresh broccoli or spinich.
