Ingredients

    1 6 inch rice paper wrapper
    1 oz avocado
    Shredded carrots
    Shredded romaine
    thinly sliced cucumber

Directions

Lay out rice paper, spread or layer avocado, carrots, cucumber and romaine roll up slice in two. Dip in sweet chili sauce or light soy sauce.

Serving Size: 1 roll
