Graham Cracker Muffins

Introduction

A great dessert or breakfast muffin. A great dessert or breakfast muffin.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 cup FF milk
    1 Eggland's Best egg
    2 TBS. honey

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F

Mix cracker crumbs, sugar & baking powder in bowl. Stir in milk, egg, & honey until just moistened. Spoon batter evenly into 10 greased muffin tins or paper lined cups.

Bake 15 - 18 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve warm. Really good with spray 'butter'.
