Ingredients

    Light Coconut Milk
    Almond Milk
    Chia Seeds

    Optional Ingredients left out to keep the sugar count low:
    Sweetened Coconut Flakes
    Honey or
    Vanilla Liquid Stevia

Tips

For thicker pudding add more chia. You can also add sweeteners if desired.


Directions

Combine ingredients. Refrigerate overnight to allow the chia seeds to expand. 8 hours for best results.
