Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 5 oz (remove)
    *roasted red pepper,30 gram(s) (remove)
    Lemon Peel, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Almonds - Slivered Almonds, 2 oz (remove)- 3 TBS
    *dried oregano, .5 tsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, tsp, .25 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    *Chicken Breast, skinless, bonelss, 30 oz (remove)
    Lemon Pepper, 2 tsp (remove)

Tips

The recipe called for 5 oz of Manchego cheese. I never heard of that cheese so I substituted Mozzarella cheese.

Directions

Combine everything except the lemon pepper and chicken. Place in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the chicken with the lemon pepper and grill on each side for about 5-7 minutes. Slice the chicken into strips and top with the cheese and seasonings that you have let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
