Banana French Toast

Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5 slices of Grile Whole Wheat Bread
    1/2 cup of 1% milk
    1 large banana
    1 large fresh egg
    1 large egg white
    Butter, unsalted, 1.25 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp

Tips

if you dont find the Grile Whole Wheat Bread, choose any another low calorie bread. also you can also eat the french toast with honey, maple syrup, and any other friut of your chooice.


Directions

In a bowl mix the milk, egg, vanilla extract, and half of the banana. Blend the ingredients until you get a nice, even mixture. Then dip the bread for about 10 sec each side onto the wet mixture and put on the skillet on low heat with some butter. when the butter is hot add the bread and cook for about two minutes each side, until a nice golden brown. Serve the french toast with the remaining banana slices and sprinkle cinnamon.
