Nutribullet Fennel apricot ginger soup

Submitted by: IACTA_ALEA_EST

Introduction

I drink this cold and thin, increasing water to 2 cups. Kale is so healthy, but extracting it can get boring after a while. Spice it up with a small radish or stretch it with baby bok choy. The anise aroma of fennel is tempered by the kale and apple, becoming just an aroma. I drink this cold and thin, increasing water to 2 cups. Ingredients

Soak 10pieces diced unsulfured dried apricots (because you want to skip the dioxins in sulfurated ones) in hot water, til soft reserving the liquid as a part of your water content.

Rinse and dice the half fennel bulb and top after coring the bottom lump.

Grate 2 tsps of the ginger root.

measure your 1/4 cup of pistachios because a little goes a long way.

Rinse and dice the half apple.

Measure 1 cup frozen kale. Put all the ingredients with 1 cup water, in the big nutribullet cup and run the blender until the seeds are incorporated - 2minutes. Add water as needed.
