2 cans chili beans
2 cans diced tomatoes
2lb country style pork ribs, boneless
1 small onion, chopped
Cook on low setting for 6-8 hours. Before serving, shred pork with two forks.
Serve over rice (not included in nutritional info) and top w/ fat free shredded cheese (also not included)
