Chocolate Quinoa Breakfast

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup Blue Diamond Almond Milk
    1/2 cup quinoa, soaked (I used Bob's Red Mill, which is presoaked)
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp raw cacao
    handful craisins or raisins (I used 1/8 cup)
    Pinch sea salt
    1/4 tsp Truvia sweetener

Tips

You can add on other toppings such as more raisins, berries, shredded coconut, brown rice syrup more cinnamon or more milk (not included in calorie count)


Directions

Bring milk to a low simmer. Add all other ingredients and stir. Turn to low and cook until all the liquid is gone - about 15 minutes. I cooked mine in 5 minute increments to make sure it didn't burn to test how long it would take.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings of about 3/4 cup each
