Noodles, pork, egg and veggies

Ingredients

    Farkay steamed noodles, 100 gram(s)
    *Shanghai bok choi, 53 gram(s)
    *Bell Pepper, Green (sweet) - 1 large, 1 serving
    *Onion, Spring or Green, chopped, raw, 4 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 cloves
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large
    Corn Starch, 1 tbsp
    *Oyster Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Waterchestnuts, 40 grams
    Veggie broth, low sodium, 2 cups
    Pork, shabu shabu, 4 oz cooked
    Mushrooms, fresh and dried

Directions

Soak the dried mushrooms for several hours. Chop the vegetables. Add them all to half the stock and cook 20 min. Add the noodles and meat, cover and cook for 5 min. Mix cornstarch, oyster sauce, and the rest of the stock together and add them, stirring. Soft-boil the eggs or poach them. Peel them and place on top of each portion.
