Banana avenger with a Nutribullet

Banana avenger with a Nutribullet

Introduction

I love the silkiness of this pudding. The color is a pale yellow and it has a weight of stovetop pudding. Substitue any raw nut - pistachios are great in this recipe.
BTW this freezes like a dream

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    half a small banana,
1oz of raw pepitas or pumpkin seeds,
    a cup of almond milk,
1 tablespoon of either blackstrap molasses or honey ( I used the molasses --it has lots of iron!)
    and half an avocado.
    Add a pinch of self-love,
a pound of dedication to care for the temple of your soul and a
    wink for good measure.

Tips

freezes overnight into a spumoni without darkening too much.

Directions

fill the big nutribullet cup with banana, seeds, almond milk, blackstrap molasses, and avocado.
I was serious about putting good thoughts and love into the dish.

Now avenge your previous poor choices by blasting this baby into a pudding cloud! Bzz, ggggrwk, errrrrr. Extract for a long time...it whips lighter and lighter as you go! Put half away now, in case you decide to just eat the whole thing. Vicosity of the pudding will depend on size of banana - I use a wee little one.

Serving Size: two portions of a very filling dessert
