Chunky Curry Chicken Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    12 ounces chicken breast, cooked, shredded
    1 c. seedless grapes, halved
    2 medium apples, cored, cut into bite-sized chunks
    3 stalks of celery, sliced into bite-sized chunks
    1/2 medium onion, diced finely
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip (we use regular, can use Fat Free or Light if you so wish)
    1 1/2 tsp. Mustard
    1/2 tsp. Curry Powder
    Pepper to taste

Directions


Mix all ingredients together. Serve immediately over crackers or a bed of lettuce.

Note: If you use Fat Free or Light Miracle Whip, it will adjust your nutrition info.

Makes 4 servings of roughly 3/4 cup.
