Introduction

Ingredients

    750g Lean Beef Mince
    2 Red Onions
    1 Red Pepper
    1 Green Pepper
    4 tsp Curry Powder
    2 tsp Vegetable stock powder/boullion
    500g Passata
    1 Tin of Chopped Tomatoes

Tips

Serve with rice and Veg


Directions

Preheat a non stick pan, dry fry mince and drain.
Add Onion,Pepper and Garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
Add Stock and Curry Powder and cook for 5 more minutes
Add Passata and Tomatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 6 Adult Portions
