Green Curry Chicken Kabobs

Introduction

Very spicy, quick chicken on the gril. Very spicy, quick chicken on the gril.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup coconut milk
    1 to 2 tabs. green or red curry paste
    12 ounces chicken tenders


Tips

Vegetables added to the skeweers would be another option.


Directions

Mix curry paste and coconut milk together.
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
Marinate the chicken in the coconut milk and curry paste for at 1 hour 30 minutes.

While chicken is soaking, put wooden skeweers in water to soak so they won't burn.

Put chicken on skeweers and grill for about 5 minutes on medium heat.

Serving Size: makes 4-3ounce servings
