Low Carb Banana Muffins

Ingredients

    3 medium RIPE bananas
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 C flour
    3/4 C quick oats
    1/2 C almond flour
    2 large egg whites
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 C unsweetened applesauce
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 C Sucralose

Tips

NOTE: 24 tsp of Sucralose= 1/2 C

I ground up my oats to make them a "smoother" consistency in the muffins.


Directions

Bake 350 degrees for 12-18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
