Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 cups plain flour (sifted)
    2 cups sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 cup oil
    6 eggs
    2 tbsp. vanilla

Directions

Set oven to 300 degrees. Blend flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in mixing bowl. Add oil, eggs and vanilla, blending as you add. Beat on medium blender speed for 10 minutes. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake 1 hour or until browned on top and pulling away from side of pan.
