Number of Servings: 8


    1/4 c olive oil
    2 T wine vinegar
    2 T water
    1 squirt liquid splenda (1 t sugar equivalent)
    1 t garlic powder
    1/2 t onion powder
    1/8 t dry mustard
    1/4 t celery salt
    1/8 t black pepper


Put everything in a pint jar (or half pint, if you have one) and shake well. Let sit for at least 15 minutes and shake again.

Does not need to be refrigerated. Shake well before using.

(I find that itís a lot easier to serve from a narrow-topped bottle than from a jar, so I pour it into a water bottle. A salad dressing bottle would work, or a vinegar bottle, or anything of that sort.)

Serving Size: makes 1/2 cup, or 8 servings of 1 tablespoon each
