Avocado Chicken Salad on Flatbread

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 grilled or baked boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped
    1 avocado mashed
    1/2 c celery, roughly chopped
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    fresh or dried taragon
    1 pc flatbread
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Can add some tomatoes just before serving.


Directions

Mix all ingredients. Cut the flatbread in half, then cut a pocket into the half.
Put half of the chicken mixture into one pocket.


Serving Size: Makes 2 flatbread pockets
