Ingredients

    3 pounds enriched spaghetti
    1 pound whole wheat spaghetti
2 jars Mid's spaghetti sauce with meat
1 jar any other type spaghetti sauce
1 pound 96% fat free ground beef
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tbsp olive oil
    Italian seasonings to taste

Tips

Package in 1-cup deli containers and freeze for future use: take to work, pull out for a quick supper, etc.

Directions

Fill a large stock-pot 3/4 full with hot water. Add olive oil and salt, if desired. Bring to a boil. Add spaghetti, breaking it in half prior to putting it in water. Boil for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

While spaghetti is cooking, brown the ground beef. Pour all spaghetti sauce together in a very large bowl and fold in the ground beef. Stir until all is combined well.

When spaghetti has finished cooking, drain off water. Add spaghetti from colander gradually, stirring in to cover pasta with sauce.
