Introduction

I have difficulty getting in enough calories and am vulnerable to binge eating late at night. I keep a healthy whipped snack on hand to stay on track. Cherries and walnuts help the body produce melatonin through the conversion of amino acids to brain chemicals (tryptophan to seratonin to melatonin). Drink as a late night snack, I keep the second portion for the next day. I have difficulty getting in enough calories and am vulnerable to binge eating late at night. Ingredients

    1/4 cup cherries
    1 oz walnuts
    1 tsp vanilla ex
    1 cup cubed winter squash, peeled

Tips

eat at least 30 minutes before bedtime


Directions

blend in nutribullet until silky. Can substitute water for hemp milk. I used half and half.
