No Bake no sugar added Protein cookies

Ingredients

1/4 cup of cocoa
1 cup of splenda
1 18 oz jar of peanut butter
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla
1 cup of raisins
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
1 cup of cranberries
2 scoops of sugar free protein powder
2 cups of 1 minute oatmeal
Directions
makes 24-3 inch cookies
In a double boil sauce pan, melt butter, peanut butter, milk , splenda, & vanilla, then add protein powder,cranberries,rasins,walnuts. Mix well all together, then in another bowl put the two cups of oatmeal in, now pour the sauce pan mixture over the oat meal mix well, form into cookies and place on wax paper then refridgerate. These cookies are best eaten cold.
