Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    2 cups cooked white rice
    1 can Rotel tomatoes (do not drain)
    shredded cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

We have cheese lovers in our house, so, there are times we use an entire bag of cheese for toppings. Edit ingredients to your desire.


Directions

brown your ground beef. Cook rice according to instructions. Add rotel tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with cheese and bake in oven on 375 for approximately 45 minutes. Be sure to cover with lid or tinfoil.
