Turkey Sausage & Rice

Ingredients

    7 oz turkey sausage (low fat)
    1 can great northern beans rinsed and drained
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup onions
    1 cup instant rice
    1 can yellow corn drained

Directions

Cook rice...meanwhile
slice sausage and dice onion, cook on stove top until heated. Add corn (drained), diced tomatoes, beans and rice. Mix together and heat through.
