Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups Romaine Lettuce shredded
    1 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes (sliced or diced)
    1 Tbsp Cilantro, raw
    1/2 Lemon
    1/2 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 dash Salt
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

In a bowl, add all ingredients toss lightly and serve
Makes 2- One cup servings
