Olive Oil Pam
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cu milk
4 (6 ounce) fillets cod
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour for coating
2 cups quick-cooking oats
salt and pepper to taste
Add pepper and/or Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper (or preferred seasoning) to flour or directly to fish before making/cooking.

Place on sprayed cookie sheet. spray top of fish with cooking spray (PAM Olive Oil is light in taste fur still gets the job done!)
Bake 8 minutes on 400 degrees, turn and bake an additional 8-10 minutes.
