Introduction

My go-to salad to get enough fiber. My go-to salad to get enough fiber.

Ingredients

    2 cups of romaine hearts washed and chopped
    1 can of black beans rinsed and drained
    1 chopped granny smith apple
    1/4 large cucumber
    10 strips of bell pepper

Directions

Chop everything to bite-sized pieces. Add your favorite dressing and enjoy.
