Skinny Breaded Chicken (Baked)

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 8 oz
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup
    *4C Breadcrumbs, Panko Plain, 0.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 jumbo
    *100% VIRGIN OLIVE OIL SPRAY, 1 serving

Directions

Slice 1 chicken breast into thin strips. Preheat oven to 375*. Beat the egg in a bowl. In another shallow bowl mix the Italian bread crumbs and Panko. Dip the chicken into the egg and then the bread crumb bowl (make sure to coat both sides well). Place chicken on a cookie tray lightly sprayed with olive oil. Mist the tops of the chicken with the olive oil as well. Bake for 10 minutes on 1 side and then 10 on the other.

Finally enjoy guilt free breaded chicken.
