    1 can of salmon
    1 egg
    1/2 C onion chopped
    1/2 C green pepper chopped
    1/2 C saltines
    1TBS. rosemary
    salt and pepper
    1 TBS. Olive oil


Mix together, pat into patty, fry in the pan
