4 small raw potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp ground oregano
Cut potatoes into wedges and precook in microwave for 2 minutes.
Pour mixture over potatoes and mix well. Add salt or peppre to taste if desired.
Bake in oven at 400 for approximately 30 minutes or until nicely browned. Stir potatoes occasionally.
