Ingredients

    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup, unthawed

    Freshly Frozen, Unsweetened Pitted Dark Sweet Cherries, .5 cup

    Apple - Honeycrisp, medium, cut into small cubes, .5 serving

    Premier Protein: High Protein Vanilla Shake, 11 oz. serving

    Grape Juice, .5 cup

    *Crushed Ice (1/2 cup), 1 serving

    Kretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp), 2 serving



Directions

In a blender, place all ingredients. Pulse until desired consistence is reached.
