  • This was great! I deleted the can of Cream of Chicken soup and added a can of Dark red kidney beans with the juice. This lowered the fat even more and added protein and fiber. Then we topped it with Salsa and shredded lettuce. Delicious! - 1/26/11

  • This is pretty good. It actually got better the more I ate it. I added some fresh chips to my bowl to make it a little more crunchy. The others in the mix got nice and mushy. I recommend baking this in an 8X8 pan as the 9X13 was too big. - 7/17/10

  • Really good, my husband and I both enjoyed it. I added a little chili powder and garlic powder for some extra flavor, but I think it would have been just as good without it. We had leftovers which we heated up the next day and stuffed in some taco shells, delicious! - 3/20/08
