Ingredients

    1 cup bok coy, chopped & loosely packed
    1 cup cucumber, chopped (about 1 whole)
    1/2 cup avocado
    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 Tbsp miso
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1-2 cups water for desired consistency
    1 Tbsp ginger

Directions

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
