Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5 cups diced pineapple (frozen works best)
    3 cups spinach leaves
    4 Tbsp ground flax seed
    4 pitted Medjool dates
    4 Tbsp vanilla extract

    water - at least 3 cups, more to reach desired consistency

Directions

Place all ingredients in your VitaMix (or other high-powered blender) and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
