Lemon Caper Sauce

Introduction

A tangy sauce that is great on fish. I use it on sandwiches and vegetables too. Leave out the capers is you want to cut the sodium. A tangy sauce that is great on fish. I use it on sandwiches and vegetables too. Leave out the capers is you want to cut the sodium.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Follow Your Heart Vegenaise
    1 cup fat free plain Greek Yogurt
    2 Tbsp fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    4 Tbsp capers, finely chopped

Directions

The 4 servings of vegenaise is 1/4 cup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Combine ingredients and let sit about 15 minutes before serving for flavors to blend.

Serving Size: 1 spoon full
