Ingredients

    3 medium to large sized Roma or Italian Plum tomatoes
    1/2 medium sized Vidalia Onions
    1/3 cup water
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons of dried oregano
    1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon dried parsley

Tips

Make salad at least two to three hours ahead of time and refrigerate to let flavors combine. Keeps well for up to one week if kept refrigerated.


Directions

In a medium bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, olive oil, parsley, oregano, onion powder, and water.
