Vegan Drop Biscuits

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/3 cup canola oil
    2/3 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 475.
Mix together dry ingredients. Add oil and water, stirring to blend together dry and wet ingredients, but do not overmix or overwork the dough.
Drop by tablespoon onto a baking sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

Serving Size: makes 24 biscuits
