Mom's concoction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz)
    White Rice, short grain, 0.5 cup
    Kraft Free American Cheese Singles, 4 slices
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia), chopped
    Salsa, 1 tbsp
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Directions

Brown turkey in skillet, adding onion
Once turkey is browned add all other ingredients, except for cheese and let cook on medium, covered, until hot all the way through.
Top with Cheese slices and let melt just before serving.
