Introduction

this is my gluten free version this is my gluten free version
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    dried peas
    dried lima beans
    carrots
    celery
    onion
    garlic
    salt
    pepper
    water
    pasta
    meat

Tips

if not watching glutens, you can add barley & use regular pasta


Directions

chop veggies in food processor. trim meat. in large crock pot, line bottom with meat, spread peas and beans over meat, add veggies, s&p and water. cook on high at least 7 hrs. 1/2 hr before serving, add pasta
