Ingredients

    1 cup lettuce
    4-6 green olives
    1 cup tomatoes
    1/2 cup onions
    2 oz ground beef
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

Cut up lettuce, tomatoes, onions and slice olives and toss in a bowl.
Brown ground beef and season to taste. Drain meat and put on tossed lettuce mixture. Top with shredded cheese.
