Introduction

Ingredients

    11 oz. premier protein shake (30 gram protein)
    1/2 small apple cut into small pieces (with skin)
    1/2 cup frozen cherries (dark, sweet, pitted)
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    4 tbsp wheat germ
    ice cubes (if desired)

Directions

Pour protein shake, frozen fruit, and ice cube(s) into personal blender. Blend until it has reached its desired consistency. Pour in to large cup and stir in wheat germ.
