Fast and Easy 5 Can Chili

Introduction

This very simple and mild meatless chili is great for a healthy last-minute meal! This very simple and mild meatless chili is great for a healthy last-minute meal!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cans Red Kidney Beans, rinsed & drained
    2 cans Bush's Chili Beans
    1 can Crushed or Diced Tomatoes
    Taco or Chili Seasoning (to taste - not included in calories)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a pot and heat through.

*Serve with baked tortilla chips and fat free sour cream if desired. This also makes a great topping for taco salad.

Makes six servings, approximately 1 cup each
