Palak Paneer

Ingredients

    30 grams of Paneer cheese, cubed
    1 package of Frozen Spinach
    1 small Onion
    1 tsp of Ginger - minced
    2 cloves of garlic - minced
    1/2 cup of pureed tomatoes
    Plain Greek Yogurt - 1/3 cup
    Garam Masala - 2 tsps
    Cumin powder, 2 tsps
    Coriander powder, 2 tsps
    Ground tumeric, 2 tsps
    Cumin seed, 1 tsp

Directions

In a non-stick pan, add the paneer and cook until it is slightly brown. Remove and transfer to a plate.

Add the onion, garlic and ginger and cook until onion is translucent. Then add the spinach and cook for about 3-4 minutes.

Add the pureed tomatoes and spices. Combine all ingredients and transfer to blender/food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer back to the pan and add the yogurt. Return paneer to pan with ingredients and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Serve with one half of naan bread.
