Ingredients

    2 slices of 100% whole wheat potato bread
    1 egglands best large egg, white only
    2 slices of Jones Canadian Bacon (Gluten Free)
    1 slice of Kraft 2% White American Cheese
    PamOlive Oil Spray, 4 second spray

Directions

Heat ham slices in a skillet for 3 minute on each side. Meanwhile crack egg an dispose of the yolk. Remove the hamm slices frm the skillet and spray skillet with pam olive oil spray for about 4 seconds. Put the bread in the toaster and egg white in the skillet. Fry eggwhite for about 2 miutes on one side and flip with a spatula place cheese on the cooked side of the egg and cook for anothe 2 minute. When toast pops up place frie egg white with cheese on one piece of the toat and place ham slices on top of the egg and cheese.
